At Vovaly, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship to all addresses across India (including remote areas). Delivery is handled through our trusted logistics partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Orders above ₹999 3–6 Business Days
Orders below ₹999 4–8 Business Days
Remote / North-East Areas 7–12 Business Days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, or festivals.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • Below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹99 (will be shown at checkout)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can track your order status from the “My Orders” section in your account.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us and you will be responsible for reshipping charges.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate (including landmark, pin code, and contact number). Vovaly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.
