Return & Refund Policy

At Vovaly, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and refunds under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Return Window
You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and manuals are included
- The product is in the same condition as delivered
- A valid proof of purchase (order invoice) is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products with visible signs of usage or damage caused by the customer
- Opened or used hygiene/personal care items (e.g., Nail Art Pens if seal is broken)
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account (details required).
5. Refund Timeline
- Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Visit your account → My Orders
- Select the order and click “Request Return”
- Fill in the reason for return
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back to us using the provided return label (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping is free if the return is due to manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
- In case of change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
